We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Manager Global Supply Planning to join our world-class team at Johnson & Johnson, Surgical Vision located in Limerick, Ireland! In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to lead and develop our Global Supply Planning team, optimise the SNP process to ensure flawless supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the End to End Planning team for surgical Vision in implementing and managing the Supply Network Planning Processes for Surgical Vision, including Net Requirements, Network RCCP, Network MPS, and Distribution Planning.

Generate rough cut capacity plans (RCCP) and a Network MPS, reviewing multi-site constraints to balance E2E Demand and Supply.

Own Network RCCP & MPS with risk/trade-off assumptions and feasible supply plans based on capacity.

Communicate and hand over Network RCCP/MPS plan to sites within the value stream.

Manage distribution planning, including further distribution between warehouse nodes and redeployment of inventory to meet customer service goals.

Support the execution of J&J Vision's short-term and long-term business plans, taking end-to-end planning accountability for platform/brands.

Collaborate closely with Demand Planning, Value Stream Teams, and Product Management to develop NPI Demand plans and Brand/SKU rationalisation plans.

Engage with Global Strategic Marketing, Value Stream Teams, Product Management, and Franchise finance to develop long-range strategic plans for production capacity planning and WW inventory plan.

Define, resource, and implement regional digital projects to increase efficiency, improve planning capabilities, and enhance traceability of our supply chain.

Lead the Monthly S&OP Process to provide transparency of risks and opportunities and drive E2E decisions.

Support the implementation of standard processes for planning parameters, Master Data maintenance, and regulatory set-up for Legacy & NPI portfolio.

Effectively lead and develop a diverse and impactful team.

Qualifications

Education:

University bachelor's degree is required with preference given to candidates with an MBA or equivalent meaningful experience.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

5-10 years of related experience leading planning teams.

Experience with ERP (SAP/APO/SNP) ; Advanced Planning Systems (OMP).

Preferred:

Green Belt Six Sigma Certifications & Supply Chain Certification desirable.

Project Management Certification Preferred
