We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Technician to join our dynamic team. The Site Supervisor will play a crucial role in supporting the Project Manager by ensuring the smooth operation and successful completion of all projects. You will support the Project Manager in successful completion of all projects by liaising between the crew and the PM and executing important fieldwork. This includes handling job site tasks, performing minor repairs, and relaying critical information between the crew and the Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and complete material runs between distributors and job sites.

Perform light repairs, including small roof repairs, siding touch-ups, and minor painting.

Assist the Project Manager and Production Manager with various tasks.

Ensure all crews adhere to project timelines and quality standards.

Oversee job site safety and compliance with company standards.

Maintain accurate records of job site activities and project progress in our CRM.

Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the project.

Conduct initial property inspections, documenting property features, measurements, and conditions with photos.

Distribute company marketing material to homes in the area while at job sites

Support the team in achieving departmental goals and maintaining a high standard of excellence.

Relay project details and updates between the crew and the Project Manager.

Complete proper job site closes, including cleaning and inspections.

Attend occasional training events.

Occasional expectations to work additional hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience in exteriors, carpentry, etc. (+3 years).

A High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a desire to learn.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in using project management software (experience with JobNimbus, SumoQuote, or CompanyCam is a plus).

Fluency in English is required; Spanish proficiency is heavily preferred.

Possess a valid CO driver's license and a clean driving record.

Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.

Ability to navigate and work on uneven terrain, ladders, rooftops, and scaffolding.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Ability to lift and carry over 50 pounds.

A desire to learn & develop expertise in numerous different material types through best practice, install specs, and building code requirements.

Compensation and Benefits:

Full-Time

Predominantly field-based work with occasional office time.

Reports to Project Manager day-to-day; some reporting to Production Manager.

Salary range: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Annual incentive-based bonus program

Use of company vehicle during working hours.

Company apparel provided.
