The Department of Biological & Chemical Sciences at NY Tech invites applications for up to a three-year Research Faculty position at the rank of Associate Professor to start on 9/1/2024.This is a grant-based position.

Responsibilities

Duties include devoting 85% of the time to research activities with an additional 15% in service to the Department of Biological and Chemical Science, the College of Arts and Sciences, and New York Institute of Technology. The candidate is expected to continue to pursue additional research funding.

Qualifications

The position requires a Ph.D. in Biology or related field and an extensive record of successful grant funding and a clear research agenda. Successful candidate must have external funding from a national agency upon appointment.

Minimum Salary

USD $150,000.00/Yr.

Maximum Salary

USD $165,000.00/Yr.
