As an IB PYP Homeroom Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering an international education curriculum, fostering inquiry-based learning, and shaping the overall development of young minds. Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

Implement the IB PYP curriculum and create engaging lesson plans

Guide students through inquiry-based learning experiences

Provide differentiated instruction to meet diverse learning needs

Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver transdisciplinary units

Assess student learning through various formative and summative methods

Offer constructive feedback to support student growth

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress

Support the holistic development of students through extracurricular activities

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

IB PYP certification or training

Teaching license/certification as per the location requirements

Demonstrated experience in teaching the IB PYP curriculum

Understanding of inquiry-based learning and constructivist pedagogy

Ability to effectively manage a diverse classroom

Strong knowledge of international education principles and practices
