Overview:
The UX Designer plays a crucial role in creating seamless and intuitive digital experiences for our users. They are responsible for understanding user needs, conducting research, and designing prototypes and wireframes to enhance the usability and appeal of our digital products. The UX Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the design aligns with business goals and provides a delightful user experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role
Demonstrated portfolio of successful UX projects
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma
Strong understanding of interaction design principles
Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
Solid understanding of information architecture and navigation design
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Understanding of front-end development and its limitations is a plus
