In this role, you will play a vital role in planning and executing strategic marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and generate leads.

As a Junior Social Media Specialist, you will create engaging content, manage social media accounts, analyze data, and implement strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies to grow Winvesta's online presence and drive engagement across various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Create original, high-quality content including posts, images, and videos that align with Winvesta's brand voice and messaging.

Ideal candidates should have experience in content creation and a proven track record of making content go viral.

Familiarity with LinkedIn and Instagram is essential. Additionally, they should have developed a playbook outlining successful strategies and best practices.

Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and recommend opportunities for innovation and optimization.

Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media into overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns and optimize content for maximum impact.

Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing to continuously improve strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

0-3 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.

Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Good to Have

Experience in the fintech industry or cross-border payments

Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)

Graphic design skills for creating visual assets

Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc.)

Understanding of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.)
