JD - Executive - Administration.
Reporting to : Senior Manager - Administration BL-Head Office-HR & Administration
Location: Head Office, BKC
The candidate should have proven 4 to 5 years of work experience in similar areas having expertise
in the following areas
Ability to work under pressure and multitasking.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong Negotiation skills
Good written and verbal communication
Well verse with MS Excel / Word / PowerPoint
Should be able to handle SAP
1. Travel Desk Management (Flight booking/Train booking/Hotel/Car Booking /Bus booking /
international Currency procurement)
2. Printing Stationery (ID Cards / Visiting Cards/ Envelopes/ Letterheads/ Voucher Books)
3. Car Fleet Management/ Car Insurance / Car purchase
4. SAP- creation of Capex / GRN / Vendor code etc.
5. Security Arrangements
6. Vendor Development/ Management
7. MIS Management
8. Event management (Picnic, Diwali celebration, Birthday celebration, foreign delegates visit)
9. Handling GST related and audit queries.
Candidate would be preferred if following jobs are handled apart from the above
1) Insurance - GMC / GPA / IAR / D&O / Commercial General policy / SFSP / Trade credit etc
2) Facility management
3) Renovation projects
4) Office Maintenance
