Apply compliance and operational risk control subject-matter expertise for electronic communication monitoring

support first-line-of-defense activities in relation to identifying and escalating consequential risks

Support the effectiveness of the identified risk frameworks

deliver monthly reports that shed light on risk profiles in reference to electronic review for designated roles

provide business risk management with information and insight related to electronic communication activity

Your team

We are a collaborative business risk team supporting our employees as they deliver world class Wealth Management services to our internal and external clients. Together we run a centrally focused team on mitigating risk, managing the business and supporting our associates and our community.

Your expertise

You have:

a degree

1-3 years of experience within the financial industry in the areas of risk management, risk control, audit or compliance/monitoring

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven track record of delivering results and meeting targets

Track record of successfully supporting business users with reporting & analytics, decision support, and presentation support

Ability to interact with all levels of management, multi-task and work well under pressure

Understanding of regulatory environment

Organized, analytical and able to readily interpret data, including legal and compliance-related materials

Self-confident, have strong judgment and evidence of sound decision-making and problem-solving skills

Comfortable collaborating with diverse constituencies

Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• analytic, with the ability to provide practical solutions for minimizing risk

• result-oriented and assertive (you don’t shy away from challenging situations)
