**Computer Repair & Sales Senior Technician**

Are you passionate about the ever-evolving world of technology and eager to develop your career in the Computing industry? We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Computer Repair & Sales Technician.

**Position Overview:** As a Computer Repair & Sales Apprentice, this senior role offers the opportunity to leverage your in-depth knowledge of Apple hardware and software. You will lead the technical team in diagnosing and resolving intricate issues across Apple devices, ensuring efficient and high-quality repairs

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement efficient repair procedures to optimise workflow and success rates

- Train and mentor junior technicians, cultivating their technical growth

- Provide exceptional technical support and guidance to customers

- Oversee inventory management and maintain a clean, organised work environment

- Curate captivating social media content for the company

**Requirements:**

- Minimum 10 years of experience in computer repair (succeeding in a similar senior role would be beneficial)

- Extensive knowledge of Apple hardware, software, and troubleshooting methodologies

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop a team

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with customers and colleagues

- **Minimum** of 3 years of experience in computer repair (preferably).

- **Minimum** of 3 years of customer service experience in a technical support role (preferably).

- **Minimum** of 3 years of experience with motherboard/component repairs (preferably).

- Confident spoken and written English

- *Candidates must be willing to travel between branch locations at times*

**Education**:

- *Undergraduate Degree (or equivalent) **2:1 Minimum** related to Computing (or similar)*

- *Minimum 3 A Levels (or equivalent) A*-C [Maths, **Computer Science**, Science, Media; preferably]*

- *Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) 9-4 [Computer Science, Media; preferably]*
