As a Verizon Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for enrolling customers for services, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting Verizon products and services. Your main duties include:

Customer Interaction:

Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and assist customers with billing, technical support, and account changes.

Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Sales and Upselling:

Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products to existing customers.

Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting Verizon’s offerings.

Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about Verizon’s products, plans, and promotions.

Educate customers on available features and benefits.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members, including technical support, sales, and management.

Collaborate to improve processes and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

Strong problem-solving abilities.

Sales experience is a plus.
