A fast-moving local Insurance Group is looking for a high-calibre Manager to drive business of e-marketing Centre.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to both the strategic and tactical planning of the business to achieve business growth and hit sales targets
Demonstrate advanced e-sales/service techniques to team, conduct market research and customer analysis to identify sales opportunities
Drive the implementation of business strategies to deliver a differentiated level service to customers
Analyze customer service-related information and evaluate the results to choose the best resolutions and alternatives to customer service challenges and to identify opportunities to improve customer service
Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with key stakeholders
Ensure operation procedures are in compliance with the company and regulatory requirements
Develop and measure key performance indicators to determine and improve the effectiveness of all business activities
Develop and drive a culture that supports coaching, developing and motivating employees to perform to their highest standards
Requirements:
University Graduate in any disciplines
Rich insurance experience, preferably in General Insurance
Pass in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination (IIQE paper 1 & 2)
Excellent E-business knowledge & experience in Call Centre an advantage
Good marketing senses and aggressive in business development
Knowledge in wide range of personal lines General Insurance products.
Good management skills with over 10 people for over 2 years
Able to work under pressure and deal with difficult situations in a friendly manner
