Position Summary

Reporting to the Region or Cluster FP&A Lead, you will support the overall forecasting, planning and analysis activities for designated collaborators within Business Unit Finance for the India market. You can expect to be exposed to following areas:

Business partnering with various team members

Business Plan support and analysis

Data analysis and trend and forecast reporting

Quarter close and standard reporting

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Standard Reporting/Analytics & Decision Support: Learn to prepare regular and ad-hoc reporting & performance analytics work products

Planning, Budgeting, Updates, Execution:

Budget preparation work by updating financials for planning cycle & performing statistical trend analysis

Hands on experience of delivering standard reporting & performance analytics work products

Gain understanding of how to deliver balance sheet forecasting work products

Learn to prepare FP&A Operational Performance Metrics

Participate in functional or career development training

Participate in status or team meetings and provide updates to leadership

Supports ad hoc requests / projects

Supports continuous improvement activities

Assists with training fellow team members

Participates in training to increase knowledge & skill

Perform performance management activities

Ensure policies and procedures are followed

Qualifications

Preferred Area of Study: CA

Required Years of Related Experience: ~1-3 years

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Strong business partnering skills to influence

Strong analytical skills and eye for business

Proven understanding of Finance / Accounting principles and processes

Should be a strong teammate

Should have passion for data analytics and insights capturing from same

Shared service Finance teams / Global services
