Caregiver/CNA Weekends

Shifts will vary from 8-12 hours

Must have experience with Alzheimer's, Dementia and be able to assist client with ADLs

Certified Nursing Assistant / Caregiver Job Duties including:

Provide client care according to a approved Plan of Care

Assist clients with personal care and hygiene

Provide transportation as required

Assist in providing a safe environment for client

Comply with all documentation and record keeping requirements

Job Requirements include:

1 year experience (6 months considered)

Valid driver’s license

Reliable car / auto insurance

American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR (online CPR not accepted)

Negative TB Results within last year
