Overview:
The HR Recruiter plays a vital role in the company’s talent acquisition process. Their primary responsibility is to effectively source, interview, and select qualified candidates while ensuring positive candidate experience and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies
Create and post job descriptions on various platforms and attract quality candidates
Screen resumes and applications and conduct initial phone screenings to create shortlists of qualified candidates
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a positive interview experience for candidates
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and engage potential candidates
Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process and ensure timely and efficient hiring
Negotiate employment offers and facilitate the hiring process
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all recruitment activities
Stay updated on HR policies, employment legislation, and industry best practices
Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and strategies
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management
Report recruitment activities and results to management regularly
Collaborate with HR team to ensure alignment of recruitment efforts with overall HR strategy
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers regarding recruitment practices and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role
Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices
Strong understanding of HR policies and employment legislation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for candidate sourcing
