Responsibilities
Responsible for Business Development for increasing sales by selling it to corporates.
Generating New leads and Prospects, fix an appointment with them briefing about company and products & services to offer as per requirement.
Monitoring inventory in stores and handling the Operational part of Institutional Business Department.
Responsible for getting new business and Retention of existing customers.
Handling the Channel Partners, agencies, for smooth business operations.
Customer Surveys and regular monitoring of O/s Payments.
Chasing and achieving revenue targets month on month basis.
Monitoring the discount factor and credit terms for sales to corporates.
Conceptualizing the promotions to drive the repeat purchase among corporate clients.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the steel industry.
Strong knowledge of corporate selling, SME sales, distribution management, institutional sales, channel sales, key accounts, enterprise sales, corporate sales, B2B sales
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Willingness to travel within the territory as needed.
