This role is based in the Michelin Corporate Business Services in Bucharest, where more than 800 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Order to Cash, Personnel and Service Management.

Customer Data Analyst will ensure three main missions:

1.Correct and timely setup of customer account details. The creation and modification of customer accounts are carried out within the agreed-upon timeframe for each region.

2. Analysis of suspicious clients within the agreed-upon timeframe for each region.

3. Participation in internal and external audits and ensuring traceability for the performed processes. In case of non-compliance, the implementation of action plans is expected by the agreed-upon deadline.

What we’re looking for:

Fluency in English and Spanish (at least B2 level both spoken and written);

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel;

Ability to work with numbers;

Attention to details;

Ability to learn/to adapt to new processes;

A team-worker attitude and customer-oriented approach;

Initiative.

What will you do?

Customer Account Management:

Cooperation with the Sales Department for receiving and processing an accurate CarForm;

Proposing solutions to improve processes in situations where they are not functioning efficiently;

Correct and timely setup of customer accounts (including processes such as creation, modification, cancellation, or reactivation) ;

Verification of account accuracy;

Conducting applicable internal control processes for customer accounts and protection against fraud risk;

Checking identified suspicious clients in the Trade Automation process (Embargo);

All activities are performed in accordance with legal, tax, accounting standards, and in line with internal control requirements.
