Manufacturing planner

To short term schedule the plant operations to meet the production requirement (long term).

To provide Shopware operation support to the team as the Shopware "super user".

Integrate the product demand, the manufacturing capability, the RM availability and the Shopware system to produce an efficient and effective production schedule for the Factory managers.

Execute the necessary reports, and to conduct PDCA reviews with the factory managers and to work with them to produce as per schedule.

Monitor schedule adherence, stock levels and to assist the Factory managers to deliver the production as outlined by the schedule. There will be a lot of computer work and significant interaction and time spent on the factory floor as well.

Learn and achieve Shopware "super user" status and to assist and champion the effective use of the Shopware manufacturing system throughout the business.

Provide feedback to the sales team regarding production delays in order to better service our customers.

Other responsibilities:

Interact with the sales team to obtain and to understand the sales forecast and customer needs.
