Job responsibilities:

· Experience in hiring for picker /packer, Loader/Unloader

Experience in field recruitment and bulk hiring

· Should belong to the local area or have local area knowledge

Must have done hiring for E- Commerse

· Mass recruitment; Blue collar hiring

Must have done warehouse hiring

Should have handled team of 3-5 team

Experience in Bulk Hiring

ownership Android phone + Own Bike

· Functional Regional language (Ability to speak & read) is a must

· Functional English (Ability to speak & read) is preferred

· Mass recruitment of field executives with work experience is preferred

Fixed salary + Incentives

PF + ESIC

Fixed day shift (9.30 am – 6.30 pm), not stretchable unless very urgent

Alternate Saturdays off with Sundays fixed off
