DESCRIPTION: Patricio Enterprises (PE) is seeking a Sr. Logistics Analyst to support Assault Amphibious Vehicles (AAV) and Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV) Communication Supply, Fielding, and Disposal. This position is responsible for providing supply support for the fielding and disposal of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) equipment to include the following: tracking and inventory of C4I and support equipment (e.g., special tools and equipment, and logistics support analysis).

Primary duties will include (but not limited to):

Obtain and maintain SIPRNet access in order to support the development of all classified documents;

Provide expertise and support to the Government on developing provision planning, actions, procedures, and techniques used to determine supply support requirements, to include: acquiring support items and spare parts; cataloging, receiving, storing, and warehousing; transferring the items to where they are needed; issuing; disposal; initial provisioning support of the weapons system; and acquiring, distributing, and replenishing the inventory for the item.

Monitor and update associated data system tools, and analyze supply and maintenance data using enterprise supply databases (e.g., GCSS-MC).

Perform maintenance planning and management to lead the identification of, planning for, resourcing of and implementation of maintenance concepts.

Provide recommendation for the correct range and quantity (depth) of spare and repair parts, and support and test equipment required to operate and maintain material end items for an initial period (i.e., two years) of service.

Draft annual updates of Provisioning Requirements Statement (PRS), and participate in Provisioning Meetings and In-Process Provisioning Reviews (IPPRs).

Develop provision planning, actions, procedures, and techniques used by the Government to determine supply support requirements, including acquiring support items and spare parts.

Prepare disposition documentation transferring the items to their final destination.

Issue, provide initial provisioning support for, and dispose of the AAV and ACV weapons systems.

Assist with the acquisition, distribution, and replenishment of the inventory for C4I equipment.

Provide equipment tracking and support to installs of new and revised C4I systems as required by Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) to Family of Vehicles (FoV) AAA systems.

Maintain property management records and metrics.

Prepare transfer documents.

Provide accurate accounting, tracking, oversight for moving and storing, and reporting of C4I equipment in support of FoV AAA.

Recommend the IIP quantity (i.e., depth) of C4I spare and repair parts, and support and test equipment required to operate and maintain AAV and ACV platforms; and

Record the meeting minutes and submit the minutes and the progress reports to the Government representative.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Advanced Level in Defense Acquisition University Core Certification Standards for Logistics, or its commercial equivalent, is required.

Detail oriented and organized.

Able to manage multiple projects at one time.

Ability to research, analyze, and evaluate information to provide multiple courses of action.

Ability to express ideas effectively orally and in writing.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

8-10 years of related professional experience with a Bachelor's Degree.

Has provided logistics support analysis and supply support for the fielding and disposal of C4I equipment and specials tools.

Experience in provisioning, not limited to determining supply support requirements, recommending Initial Issue and Provisioning quantities, providing initial provisioning support, participating in provisioning meetings/reviews and developing associated meeting minutes, and updating the annual PRS.

Has performed inventory and warehouse management, not limited to acquiring, receiving, cataloguing, storing, distributing, and replenishing support items, test equipment, and spares and repair parts; and maintaining property management records and metrics to facilitate accurate accounting, tracking, oversight, and reporting for equipment movement, transfer, and storage.

Experience planning and implementing maintenance concepts and supporting disposal activities, to include development of disposition documentation. Has worked with data system tools and enterprise supply databases (GCCS-MC, etc.) to monitor, update, and analyze supply and maintenance data.

Experience supporting C4I equipment installation.
