Director, Marketing
The Director, Marketing is responsible for Regional and Product Marketing. Responsibilities include creating and developing marketing strategies and implementing key marketing programs that drive growth with new prospects and current customers that promote cross-selling and curbing attrition for North America. The Director, Marketing will leverage messaging strategy and omni-channel expertise to create programs that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a thoughtful leader on how to create competitive advantages leveraging emerging sales enablement techniques and marketing technologies. Director, Marketing will consult with Sales and Marketing leadership as well as sales resources to execute demand generation initiatives and align resources.
Responsibilities:
Developing and executing the annual marketing calendar for North America including campaigns for all priority services and products
Managing the team in the execution of corresponding tactics in owned, earned, and paid channels i.e.: trade shows, account-based marketing, analyst relations, media relations, SEO, and various digital tactics
Acting as the Product Marketing lead on two service/products. Identifying IDCs (ideal customer profiles), developing product positioning, leading the creation of sales enablement materials (collateral, website, training), and monitoring the competitive landscape and industry trends
Providing insights for and managing the development/execution of content marketing tactics including whitepapers, webinars etc.
Ensuring all campaigns reinforce the product positioning and align with corporate brand standards
Working with the marketing team and other stakeholders to measure campaign/tactic success as well as overall ROI
Presenting updates on key initiatives, including results, to key stakeholders in meetings and company evens i.e. Sales Kickoff.
Attending key trade shows and events
Provide ongoing performance and general feedback to direct reports
Mentor and train direct reports

Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of ten (10) years or more in Marketing role
Acumen to learn technical subject matter quickly
Proven track record of building marketing strategies and campaigns to generate results
Ability to interface with all levels of an organization including executive management team as well as external customers and outside influences and business partners.
Ability to deal with stress and difficult situations where desired results and outcomes must be achieved
Excellent communication skills
Ability to take independent action within a wide variety of duties including development or strategy for a functional area.
Strong management, organizational, and decision-making, and presentation skills
Seasoned people leader with strong performance management and development skills
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA
Technology marketing experience (services or software)
