YOUR ROLE

Our team in Königs Wusterhausen, near Berlin, is looking for a Business Process Engineer where you will continuously identify and promote the implementation of improvements at the site in line with Ceva practices.

This is a Monday – Friday role working 40 hours per week.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Reporting into the BPE manager you will identifies best practices, shares them regularly with the site management and thus ensures the short- and long-term success of the site. As a part of your role, you will also:

Analyse and present workflows, supporting in analysing volumes, resources and other key figures.

Optimize workflows and layouts.

Ensure continuous improvement targets are achieved monitored and exceeded.

Conduct SCA Audits and Gemba walks.

Assist with onsite implementations of best practices and the deployment of CEVA’s SCA and Kaizen programs.

Active support in project implementation or project management

Creation and collaboration in the implementation of operational standards (Kaizen, 5S)

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Our ideal candidate will have proven continuous improvement experience and used to working in LEAN and Six Sigma environments, within a 3PL setting. Good analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role with excellent attention to detail and ability to make decisions on complex issues and business requirements. Good level of German and English both written and spoken is essential.
