Job Description
Engineering Equipment Company with footprint in Africa is seeking a senior well qualified candidate to head one of its Business Units. Responsibilities include managing Operations, Finance, Marketing, Sales, HR and IR. You must have managed a team of +- 20 people and be able to handle sales, small to large projects, business development, client relationships, business strategy, tenders and contracts and ensure correct market presence. Opportunities for growth within the organisation.
Qualifications
Engineering/Financial or Commercial Degree
MBA advantageous
Skills
At least 8 10 years cross functional management experience at a senior level, with exposure to Operations, Finance, IR, Sales and Human Resources Management in a corporate environment
Proven leadership capabilities
Passion for Continuous Learning and Improvement
