Partner with the best

The resource, joining the Transactional Quote Center in ACOST team, will be responsible for completing the cost control of spare parts’ selling opportunities, within Speed and Quality process and targets.

As Aftermarket Cost Analyst you will be responsible for:

Processing costing requests received, taking ownership of new opportunities in the workload; upload of information in on "FPH" tool about Cost and Lead time; close task in Oracle and/or BPM system.

Monitoring workload and set own workplan in order to respond to internal targets and business needs

Learning how to estimate production cost though configurators; manage communication w/ manufacturing, engineering and other functions

Networking with other entities to gather information for intercompany procured items and with Sourcing team for needed follow-ups.

Learning and contribute to sustain team environment for continuous growth of the internal knowledge of Acost resources, both technical and commercial.

Cooperating to maintain and develop a continuous Lean improvement mindset about process/tools customization and total Quality enablers/results, engaging as well in the deployment of process and tools enhancement actions.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Commercial/Technical Diploma or Degree

Fluent English and Italian languages

Experience with MS Excel, and other Office tools

Solid personal growth traits: External focus, Clear Thinking, Imagination, Inclusiveness, Expertise

Team player, self-starter, willing to perform and deliver in a challenging environment

Used to work by objectives and interact in a cross-functional and global context

Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work independently. Strong problem solving skills.

Good Mechanical products / drawings know-how

Financial and project management awareness

Basic/work understanding of Lean operations, Oracle systems, TPS products/technology.
