We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Division Manager to lead our medical device sales team in achieving ambitious growth targets. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing a high-performing team, and driving market penetration for our innovative medical devices.

Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of medical sales representatives to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to maximize market share and profitability.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.

Manage the sales pipeline and forecast accurately to ensure efficient resource allocation.

Manage and utilize Salesforce CRM effectively to track sales activity, opportunities, and customer data.

Partner with marketing to develop pre-sales and launch strategies for new product introductions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at hospitals, clinics, and distributors.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Science, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum 5 years of experience in a Sales Manager role within the medical device industry.

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and coach others.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Salesforce CRM.

Experience in pre-sales and marketing activities for new product launches.

Strong understanding of the medical device sales landscape, including experience working with both principals and distributors.

Ability to travel upcountry frequently.

Salary: up to 150K
