Senior Systems Engineer (Microsoft Cloud & Cybersecurity for MSP)

We are looking to hire a "Senior Systems Engineer (Microsoft Cloud & Cybersecurity for MSP)" for one of our clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in Microsoft Cloud and Cybersecurity, with solid experience in Azure.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Office365, Azure Active Directory, Azure services, and Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS), Intune.

Experience with L2 and L3 incident management.

Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate, and Azure Solutions Architect Expert certifications are preferred.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and experience in implementing and supporting cybersecurity solutions.

Proven track record of delivering complex projects and providing excellent customer service.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to clients with Microsoft Cloud and Cybersecurity solutions.

Design, implement, and support Microsoft Cloud solutions including Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Exchange, Azure services, Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS), Intune, and Firewall solutions.

Work with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical guidance and support throughout the migration process.

Provide L2 and L3 level support to clients for issues related to Microsoft Cloud solutions, and work with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Develop and maintain technical documentation related to Microsoft Cloud solutions and best practices.

Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft Cloud technologies and cybersecurity trends, and provide recommendations to clients for improving their security posture.

Work collaboratively with other team members, including project managers, sales, and technical support teams, to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of services.
