Sales Force Effectiveness Manager//Sales Excellence
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Take a leadership role in planning and executing Segmentation & Targeting (S&T), sales force sizing and territory alignment for selected sales organization
Lead Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) initiatives and ensure the implementation of SFE framework in the sales organization together with / under direction of Head of Sales Excellence
Lead in creating innovative strategy / methodology in SFE (e.g. Targeting and segmentation) and Sales Force Digitalization (SFD - e.g. BI tools) that really work at the field
Lead communication with Sales departments and Marketing departments in SFE and SFD
Take part in project related to business development and sales force reorganization and lead topics related to SFE and SFD such as targeting and estimation of sales force FTEs
WHO YOU ARE:
University degree or above
Master of Business Administration or equivalent studies preferred
At least 5 years’ experience in Marketing, Statistic Analysis, Consulting or related field management
Experience of consulting firm or multiple business units preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills in both Japanese and English (i.e. TOEIC 730+), including oral & written
Complexity / ambiguity management skills
Process management skills
Professional analytical skills and problem solving skills
100% accuracy standards
Strong presentation and communication skills, comfort around senior management
Ability to work successfully with people from a variety of different cultures and backgrounds
Proficient computer skills (MS Excel/Access/PowerPoint/Word and globally used analytic tools like "Tableau")
Strong in strategic, analytical and logical thinking
