The Sales Representative Retail Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $16.78. The position also pays a bonus based on individual performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit .

Responsibilities

Provide a quality customer service experience to our valued customers

Work with customers to determine their needs and wants in their next vehicle purchase

Commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of Toyota vehicles and technology

Responsible for the meet and greet, presentation, test drive, and write up portion of the sales experience

Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads

Achieves individual sales and customer service goals

You will be exposed to training operations and you will have the opportunity to grow and advance your career.

Qualifications

Self-motivated sales professionals with inside or outside sales experience

Possess a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Previous related retail experience a plus

Multi-lingual (immediate openings for applicants with Spanish speaking skills)
