Pohanka Automotive Group is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for collaborating with the Recruitment Manager to source, screen and interview candidates for various automotive positions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Bi-lingual skills are a plus. This is an Excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join our growing team!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage job openings on various recruiting platforms and the company career page.

Assist in creation of job descriptions and update copy as needed.

Assist with resume screening and initial phone screens to identify qualified candidates.

Proactively research and contact potential recruits on job search websites.

Schedule interviews and manage calendars for hiring teams and candidates.

Maintain applicant records.

Perform reference, background checks, and other hiring requirements as needed.

Manage and track the onboarding process. Coordinate orientation and training of new hires.

REQUIREMENTS:

Prior related experience is a plus

Detailed-oriented, organized, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment

Self-motivated and collaborative team player

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

Bi-lingual skills are a plus

Must be willing to submit to a background check for employment
