Pay Rate: $30-$34/Hour
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Temporary Executive Assistant to join our team. This role will provide critical support to our executive, ensuring efficient operation during a busy period. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with ease.
Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for the executive, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for business trips, ensuring smooth and efficient travel logistics. Document Preparation: Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports, maintaining accuracy and consistency in content and style.
Meeting Support: Assist with meeting logistics, including agenda preparation, meeting room setup, and coordination of audiovisual equipment.
Expense Management: Process expense reports, reconcile receipts, and track expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Office Management: Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities, coordinating maintenance and repairs as necessary.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
