Solution Architect

JD:

1. Strong A&D Industry experience at least 3 years

2. Able to facilitate collaborative architecture discussions with our customer's IT and business executives

3. Able to work effectively across multiple functions and teams to define clear requirements to achieve business outcomes

4. Can analyze key business and IT requirements in the manufacturing area (with a particular focus on Engineering, Manufacturing Planning and Execution for Federal customers and A&D)

5. Can develop strategic roadmaps for the Supply Chain area encompassing the evolution of enterprise business solution portfolios from current to future state

6. Able to Identify improvement potentials within the Supply Chain area, influence transition states toward joint business outcomes building on SAP solution value

7. Must have experience with at least one S/4HANA implementation end to end project

8. Experience working in a strict fit to Standard / hybrid agile mode is an added advantage.

9. 10+ years of SAP PP consulting experience with minimum 3 end to end implementations. Candidates with at least 1 - S4 HANA implementation experience, 2-3 preferred.

10. Preference would be for candidates having minimum 5 years of functional experience in Production industries.

11. Should be well versed with end to end MRP functionality with integration points with other modules like SD, MM etc.

12. Knowledge of PP/DS is desirable.

13. Possess expert knowledge of BOMs, BOM versions, Recipe, Resources, process / production orders.

14. Strong knowledge of PP integration with other modules like SD, MM, CO, QM.

15. Knowledge of interfaces involving Production planning and execution.

16. Experience in integrating SAP to External MES PLM systems.

17. End to end knowledge in RICEF development i.e. requirement gathering, FS preparation, testing and business acceptance.

18. Experience in solution design, configuration, integration, gap analysis, cutover, go live, testing and support.

19. Ensure overall team deliverables adhere to quality standards and meet established timelines

20. Experience working with USA/Canada/Europe Business and cross functional team, leading other Manufacturing functionals
