**Preconstruction Manager Responsibilities:**

- Lead the preconstruction phase of commercial construction projects, ensuring accurate estimating, budgeting, and scheduling

- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop comprehensive bid proposals and project plans

- Conduct thorough and detailed reviews of project scopes, drawings, and specifications

- Coordinate and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, to ensure successful project outcomes

**Preconstruction Manager Essential Job Functions:**

- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects

- Conduct thorough analysis and research to determine project feasibility and profitability

- Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and milestones

- Review and interpret construction documents, identifying potential risks and conflicts

- Utilize advanced software and technology to streamline preconstruction processes

**Preconstruction Manager Skills:**

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred

- 4-7 years of experience in commercial construction, CMAR, and hard bid projects

- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, budgeting, and scheduling

- Proficiency in construction software and technology, such as Procore and Bluebeam

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

**Benefits:**
