Desired Background:

4-10 years of experience in tax law as it relates to transactional work, mergers and acquisitions, business law, real estate law, and/or tax structuring and business reorganizations

Portable book of business strongly preferred

LL.M. in Tax is preferred but not required

Licensed to practice in Ohio
