We are currently seeking a Production Line Operator to join the production team in Sutton Forrest, NSW. To be successful, you will be mechanically minded and have the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.

Required experience and responsibilities:

- Ability to work well under pressure

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong focus and awareness of workplace health and safety

- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot production line issues

- Understand Food Safety, GMP and hygiene processes in the food/beverage industry

- Hold a current Australian Drivers License and own transport (No public transport available)

- Strict attention to detail and accurate record keeping skills

- Maintaining and running machines to the highest effectiveness with the lowest cost to manufacturing, (waste, quality and quantity)

- Perform the final quality checks on the pallets of finished product from the packing machine in accordance with requirements

- Follow the instructions of the Operations Manager to ensure finished product is up to impeccable standard

- Complete accurate & legible records

- Participate in line changeovers and preventative maintenance activities

- Ensuring product quality is maintained by complying with SOP's and ensuring cleaning and sanitation schedules are met

- A current forklift license is highly advantageous
