Executive/Sr. Executive (Sales, Order Management)

Your Tasks:

Back-office activities of Sales and Marketing – Sales process, SAP/Navision, receivables, Reports & others

Order processing in ERP for all OE Customers – Sales order, Price amendment, supplementary Invoice preparation

Payment Tracking, follow-up, and on time escalation (Internal & External) & work with Controlling and Customer Finance for accounts reconciliation

Sample dispatch support to customer and other ZF locations

Co-ordination with supply chain team for MRP and order management

Process information ability to handle audit with or without support of sales and marketing team members.

Report and presentation preparation for both internal and External

Organizing the sales dashboard and sales process

Your Profile:

Any gradudate with 4+ yeas of experience in Sales, Order Management exp.

Should have experience in handling interal stakeholders & Externals - Customer's.

Good Communication Skills

Work Location : Pune, Chakan (Transporation will be provided).
