SUMMARY

The Project Support Manager provides management and administrative support for nominated projects in Thailand.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES

On nominated projects, the Project Support Manager is responsible for:

· Customer liaison

· Positive customer relationships

· Employee welfare

· Maintenance of sub-contractor database

· Accurate and timely billing

· Issuing of billing trackers / forecasts to customers

· Administration of Customer contracts and Purchase Orders

· Preparation of annual Contract Renewal

· Preparation of Vendor Purchase Requisitions

· Preparation of project forecasting

The Project Support Manager also supports development of new business development proposals.

The Project Support Manager therefore contributes to:

· Customer satisfaction

· Employee satisfaction and engagement

· Positive relations with sub-contractors

· Revenue and margin achievement

· Administrative efficiency

· Identification of new opportunities and risks

The Project Support Manager is the designated Data Privacy Officer for GP Strategies (Thailand) Co. Ltd.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

· Relevant Business degree

Related Experience

· Extensive automotive background

· Training experience – both course development and training delivery

· Complex project management experience

· Experience working across countries, time zones and cultures

Skill / Knowledge

· English language

· Knowledge of Project Management principles

· Excellent presentation skills

· Relationship-building skills

· Knowledge of Adult Learning Principles

Certification / Licenses Required:

· Current Motor Vehicle Driver’s License

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Work based is GP office and/or home. Frequent travel is required within Bangkok metro area. Occasional upcountry travel is required.
