Position Overview
The Ambassador Team Lead is tasked with helping manage, recruit and innovate the quickly growing
Core Spaces Ambassador Program in each local market where the Ambassador Program exists. The
primary goal is to assist with the oversight of an Ambassador team on-site, the growth of the local team,
promote innovation and ensure cohesion with the property management staff. This position is an
extension of Core Spaces in the market and should embody the culture and drive of the parent
company.
What You Will Do
Recruiting & Training: Ambassador Team Lead is expected to lead both the recruiting and training process for additional Ambassador team members.
Lead Procurement: The Ambassador Team Lead is tasked with emphasizing the need to collect leads weekly and will work with Core Spaces leadership to provide an accurate weekly lead count.
Weekly Management & Oversight: The Ambassador Team Lead is expected to inspire and motivate, report all team activities, and keep the Ambassador team engaged with the ongoing lease-up each week.
Marketing & Event Planning: The Ambassador Team Lead is expected to drive the team’s marketing efforts and encourage Ambassadors to setup events through their network.
Event Planning: Host discussions with the Ambassador team about the kind of events they would like to see. Ambassadors characterize the target market of your brand and can provide insight into what’s new and exciting in your area
Social Media: The Ambassador team is also a plentiful source of marketing content. Ambassador Team Leads should continuously allocate content from their team for their use and send it over to Core Spaces.
Other:
Must be able to work a full shift / required work schedule
Must be available for additional hours including evenings and weekends
Must be available to assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins that extend beyond normal full-time hours
Must be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly, as required by the demands of the job. This may include bending, stooping, and lifting throughout the workday.
Ideally, you'll have
Experience in sales, property management, marketing, or related field
Energetic, imaginative, and enthusiastic, adept at articulating a compelling vision and securing leases effectively
Proficient in Office Products and Windows and Apple operating systems
You'll crush it if you have experience with
Student housing experience
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to guide others
Experience with Entrata software
