Join Our Clients Team as a Quality & Compliance Officer!
Are you passionate about ensuring high standards of quality and compliance? Our Client, (RTO) is seeking a dedicated individual to assist their Quality & Compliance Manager in maintaining their exceptional standards.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate in Compliance Team Meetings to coordinate weekly tasks, provide/receive feedback, and address any incidents or issues.
Assist in pre-course paperwork review, including LLN assessments, and communicate any needs to trainers.
Input enrolment data into our student management system and manage student identification records.
Conduct Quality & Compliance Checks on post-course paperwork, including scanning and sending documents.
Handle printing and distribution of Statements, Certificates & Work wallet cards.
Assist with administrative tasks such as reprinting certificates and managing phone enquiries.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of facilities.
Actively participate in professional development and team building activities.

Knowledge & Experience:
Minimum 2 years in a similar role, and must have previous experience with an Registered Training Organisation.
Proficiency in administration and information management systems.
Demonstrated administration skills with internal and external clients.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Advanced computer literacy.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to change.
Trainer Profile, 3rd party co provider management, pre course and post, general internal audits.
Qualifications/Certificates/Licences
TAELLN411 - Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills (desirable).
Valid Driver's Licence.
