Description:

We are looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant to support four AmTrust executives. This person will perform a wide range of administrative and executive support for Executives to ensure efficient operation of the organization.

Responsibilities

Manage complex calendars and act as a gatekeeper

Organize meetings and provide event management support as requested

Handle travel arrangements

Compile, reconcile, and submit expense reports

Generate reports from systems

Submit help desk issues when needed

Order and ship equipment/office supplies

Manage department electronic files

Coordinate with brokers, agents, and partners to schedule meetings and calls

Assist in drafting documents, presentations, and correspondence

Qualifications

Must have extensive experience in MS Outlook and managing travel arrangements.

Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.

Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).

Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to independently juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.

Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
