Division Information
PACCAR’s Information Technology Division (ITD), located in Renton, WA utilizes cutting-edge technology to provide systems development, consulting, voice and data communications services to the entire Corporation, which has high visibility in the technology sector.
The Role/Team
Global Connected Services is responsible for revolutionizing the PACCAR vehicle ownership experience through the development of innovative services delivered to connected-enabled vehicles. The Project Administrator will assist the GCS team with administrative support of projects, travel arrangements, expense reports, meeting coordination, and other general office duties. This position is located in Lewisville, TX at the PACCAR North TX (PNT) office.
Job Functions/Responsibilities
Assist GCS project teams with Purchase Order management, including creating Purchase Reqs and Purchase Orders, routing them for approval, and reporting on the status of active POs in SAP.
Work with product and project managers to verify the accuracy of supplier invoices and receive services in SAP to ensure timely payment of services rendered.
Assist with the creation and status of project timelines, including interdependencies with other projects.
Track, reconcile, and report project resource time.
Manage department meetings, including sending invitations, creating and distributing agenda, booking conference rooms, and managing catering.
Maintain department email distribution lists and seating charts, and assist with mailroom activities.
Coordinate the collection and distribution of weekly Significant Events, monthly All-Hands Meeting content, and maintain GCS department SharePoint site.
Assist GCS leadership and management team with booking travel, submitting expense reports, and creating PowerPoint presentations.
Desired Qualifications
Experience and proficiency with Microsoft products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
SAP experience a plus.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
Must be able to multitask and meet deadlines.
Excellent customer service skills.
Self-starter who is effective working under limited supervision.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or other business-related program preferred.
