Overview:
A well-established, global asset manager is seeking a Communications Product Manager to join their LISP Reporting team (12 Month Contract). The Reporting team has a diverse remit covering data aggregation and dissemination for our client’s end investors, financial advisors, and other interested parties. Their primary focus is currently on investor communication for the LISP platform. The Communication Product Manager is responsible for ensuring that data distributed across various platforms is accurate, relevant, and timely for communication and reporting purposes.
Responsibilities:
BAU Management:
Create and manage an oversight tool for the SA Retail Communications inventory to ensure timeous delivery. Including (but not limited to):
Details of the artefact
Delivery interval
Next run date
Associated tasks (including creation of Azure tickets, communications – internal, Salesforce (Pardot), Appcues, external)
Monitoring and oversight of artefacts in business as usual (BAU) including (but not limited to):
Dashboard monitoring for control totals, run and delivery information
Testing of initial 3 runs for all automatically triggered artefacts e.g., instruction notifications
Support for all manually triggered artefacts (monthly, quarterly and annual) e.g., quarterly statements, annual benefit statements, Reg 28 process. This includes testing, communications and release
Query handling including initial investigation, creation of Dev Ops tickets and liaison with the Production Support IT team
Ad hoc mailers – facilitate design and development, testing and communication
Project Support:
Identify new business requirements/enhancement and work with the SA Retail Communications Business Analyst and SA Retail Communications Product Owner to document, plan and prioritise the requirements
Assist the Business Analyst with pre- and post-production testing of new project requirements/enhancements
Assist with roll out of new requirements/enhancements including (but not limited to):
Internal communications e.g., training
External communications e.g., AppCues; Practice Notes; engagement with Sales people
Requirements:
Relevant Tertiary Qualification
3 - 5 years strong technical knowledge of Linked Products, LISP, Local Unit Trusts and Offshore Funds experience
Excellent understanding and navigation of our clients system
Proficient in Microsoft Office Package (AWD/Salesforce experience – advantageous
Excellent business writing skills
Business Afrikaans (reading, writing, and speaking) will be an advantage
