Position Summary:

The Electrical Foreman will oversee and coordinate electrical installation and maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves leading a team of electricians, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate electrical installation, repair, and maintenance projects.

Lead a team of electricians, providing guidance, training, and support.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.

Review project plans, specifications, and blueprints to determine work requirements.

Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.

Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.

Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide timely solutions.

Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and labor hours.

Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

Stay updated on industry developments, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Familiarity with electrical codes, regulations, and best practices.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
