MOTOR MECHANIC - Up to $30.00 / HR (Up to $62,000/Yr) + Benefits

The responsibilities for the Motor Mechanic will be to troubleshoot and test electromechanical equipment and to disassemble equipment noting parts identification, configuration, and condition. You will clean electromechanical equipment assemblies as needed using parts washer, steamers, caustic tanks, glass benders, etc. Other responsibilities include measuring for proper replacement of parts, replacing worn or defective mechanical or electromechanical assemblies such as bearings, brushes, motor leads, gears, seals, mechanical switches, breaks, clutches, etc. You will need to retest the reassembled electromechanical equipment for proper operation.

Minimum requirements for this Motor Mechanic position:

• High School Diploma or GED

• At least 3 years of experience as a Motor Mechanic, Motor winder, or similar

• Experience with Electric Motors & AC/DC motors, bearings, brushes, clutches, rotors, gears, seals, mechanical switches, etc.

• Must be able to lift, tighten, adjust, and secure heavy objects to perform work.

FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN - Wages $30 - $45 / HR ($62,000 - $93,000/yr) + Benefits + Company Truck & Cell Phone and RELOCATION ASSISTANCE NOW AVAILABLE!

As the Field Service Tech, you will focus on the customer and provide high levels of service as you inspect, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment and systems at the customers’ site. You’ll have use of a company truck & cell phone.

As the Field Service Technician, your responsibilities will be to troubleshoot problems and think of solutions that benefit the customer and is within the company standards. You will need a strong electrical background, experience in controls and controls systems such as VFD, Vector and PLC’s and some knowledge of programming. Other areas you’ll need experience in are gear drives, couplings, bearings, wire rope hoist, & chain hoist. You’ll need to be a good communicator who can interact with the customers’ engineering personnel and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

Minimum requirements for the Field Service Technician position:

• High School Diploma OR GED

• At least 3 years of experience in an industrial facility

• Experience with VDF, Vector and PLC controls, bearings, couplings, hoists, etc.

• Mathematical aptitude

• Must be able to lift, tighten, adjust, and secure heavy objects to perform work.
