What You Will be Doing

We want people to join our team who share our values of love, excellence, respect, empowerment, and well-being. The ideal candidate will be supervising and managing clinical staff and providing day treatment and center-based treatment services to individuals with autism spectrum disorders and behavioral health disorders. The Clinical Supervisor will work directly with individuals to complete assessments, develop crisis plans and treatment plans, and provide group and individual therapy and case management services to promote meaningful treatment and improve outcomes for the individuals served. Working with clients, parents/guardians, staff, and community partners, the Clinical Supervisor facilitates access to care and addresses barriers. This role supervises a team of licensed counselors and social workers supporting our center-based and day treatment services. The Clinical Supervisor will attend regular meetings with Intervention Specialists, Behavior Analysts, Clinic Directors, and other team members. This position reports to the Administrator of Behavioral Health Services and works closely with all other departments. This is a full-time, salaried position.

Schedule: (Full-Time)

Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. May be required to cover rotation for on-call after-hours coverage to support crisis needs.

Minimum Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field.

Experience working in the behavioral health field.

Preferred Education & Experience:

Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field.

Licensed through the State of Ohio as a LISW/LPCC.

Previous supervisory experience.

Experience working with individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities.

Required Licensure/Certification:

Licensed through the State of Ohio as an LSW/LPC.

Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid, CPR – adult, child, and infant.

Within 60 days of hire, successful completion of the required physical crisis management training(s) and certification(s) applicable to the assigned program.

Valid Ohio Driver’s License with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles; proof of auto insurance.

No more than five (5) points on license.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

Must be able to function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with individuals, staff, and support agencies.

Must be able to relate to and work with ill, disabled, emotionally upset, and at times hostile people within the programs.

Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.

Must be able to adjust to a flexible work environment, which includes working in a center-based program, homes, the community, and an office.
