Responsibilities: Be part of the team (contribute and lead by example – not own the code alone, but ensure collective code ownership) Coach and challenge the team as well as team members in developing technical & personal skills Conduct regular feedback reviews, assist in hiring and ensure onboarding of new employees Facilitate standards and quality within the team, reduce technical debt Work closely together with product owners and stakeholders to assure technical feasibility and identify risks at an early stage Collaborate with other leads, and the development team members to refine requirements, estimates, deliverables, and milestones for web applications and services Your Skills: 5+ years of software development experience, 2+ years as lead 2+ years experience with full-stack web development including Ruby/Rails, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Experience using RESTful web services Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL and Dynamo DB) Experience contributing to consumer facing software, video games, software development kits or online services Prefer that you have worked with AWS Skills Mentoring, Full-Stack Web Development, Ruby on Rails, Project/Task Management Compensation $100K – $150K 0.0% – 0.05% Visa Sponsorship Available Kris Young Account Director BHO Tech San Jose, San Francisco CA Phone: x 823
