Job Summary:
This role encompasses advanced on-site administrative support responsibilities, including data gathering, special projects, and general office tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute training programs for new hires and ongoing professional development of existing staff.
- Handle employee corporate card expenses and reimbursement processes.
- Monitor budget accounts and expenditures, providing monthly reports to track year-to-date budgets.
- Assist in preparing audit support documentation.
- Manage check deposits and reconcile bank statements.
- Establish and verify customer/vendor accounts and bank information to prevent fraud.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodations and itineraries, for staff, client meetings, and office events.
- Manage incoming calls, mail sorting, employee information updates, and company event coordination.
- Assist with office management tasks, such as supply ordering, maintenance coordination, and equipment management.
- Undertake special projects as assigned.
