Position Summary

The process is responsible for indexing and assignments of requests based on the customer requirements. The request is received into the shared mailboxes directly from the group or through a MetLife internal contact. Post reviewing the request specifications, it will be assigned to a Business Analyst basis the assignment queues. Also, this process is responsible for extracting and running various reports from the JIRA application and is shared with different verticals of the UIS business as per the requirements.

Job Responsibilities

Eligibility Work Allocation executives are responsible for

Responsible to do indexing and assignments of requests based on the customer requirements

Required to work on different queues and manage the workflow as per SLAs

Responsible to provide timely status to customer

Responsible to provide query support to customer issues

Responsible to respond to customer inquires

Responsible to do implementation of group into the system

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Education

Bachelor’s degree (Any Stream) with a minimum of 15 years of education

Experience

Professional from the Operations with at least 0-2 years of working experience

Knowledge and skills (general and technical)

Excellent English comprehension and written skills

Keyboarding and data entry speed (minimum 30 wpm with 90% accuracy)

Demonstrated flexibility as per process requirement

Basic knowledge of MS Excel (copy, paste, filter)

Proficient in e-mail management
