Infinity Natural Resources is a growing oil and gas exploration company located in Morgantown, West Virginia with operations throughout the Appalachian Basin. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our oil and gas facilities. This role can be based out of our Morgantown, WV or Marietta, OH office locations with up to 50% travel to field locations throughout Ohio and Pennsylvania.

What You Will Be Doing:

Provide technical expertise for the design, modification, and maintenance of oil and gas production facilities.

Perform engineering calculations, analyses, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve operational issues.

Develop and review engineering drawings and specifications.

Support project teams with technical expertise during facility construction, commissioning, and turnaround activities.

Oversee project budget, schedule, and provide update reports to key members of management.

Manage and participate in facility inspections, ensuring adherence to all safety regulations and industry standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, maintenance, and procurement to optimize facility performance.

Maintain a strong understanding of industry best practices and regulations and stay up to date with new technologies.

Your Background:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Petroleum, Civil, or a related engineering discipline.

Minimum 3 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.

Proven experience in facilities engineering, design, or maintenance for wet gas and condensate systems.

Working knowledge of engineering principles, codes, and standards (e.g., API, ASME, DPT, PHMSA).

Proficiency in AutoCAD, ProMax or similar engineering design software.

Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to meet specific deadlines based on department needs and work with minimal supervision.

Must be detail oriented with strong analytical and communication skills and have the ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Extremely team-oriented with strong oral and written skills to convey information clearly and persuasively.

Results-oriented with a sense of urgency.

Must be able to perform light work – exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.

See, hear, talk and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and visual acuity; kneel, sit, stand, walk, crouch, stoop, reach, pull, push and other similar, repetitive tasks requiring physical activity.

Able to operate standard office/computer equipment.
