About the Role

As a Security Analyst at Panorays, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to mitigate supply chain cyber risk. Working closely with the Senior Security Analyst and our IT team, you will be at the forefront of identifying and resolving security issues for our customers. Your responsibilities will also include creating and maintaining security documentation. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong technical background, experience in security analysis and incident response, and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical colleagues.

*This position requires working 5 days a week for a few hours each day.

Assist in developing and maintaining information security online checks, procedures, and standards

Conduct risk assessment checks to verify the claims of the company customer’s disputes

Keep abreast of the latest security trends and developments

Provide support and guidance to users on security-related matters

Perform regular checks of systems and networks

Update security-related documentation

Liaise with other departments and stakeholders on security matters

Experience & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology - or equivalent experience

1-2 years experience in information security or related field

Solid understanding of network security concepts and technologies

Experience with security analysis tools, including vulnerability scanners and intrusion detection/prevention systems

Code development experience - advantage

Data analytics experience (SQL, Mongo) - advantage

Must be willing to commute to NYC office 2 days a week

For positions in New York City, we offer a salary range starting at $18 to $22 per hour, which varies based on experience.
