As the Software Architect and Tech Lead, you will be responsible to lead and provide technical expertise to an agile development team, to refine the product backlog and to create, enhance, and maintain an application portfolio. The Software Architect should be able to successfully collaborate with business stakeholders as well as external vendor development and support personnel.

Designing, developing, and leading team to deliver robust, fault tolerant software solutions that deliver business value while adhering to Quality System Procedures governing software version control, configuration management and the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with a focus on ease of maintenance and extensibility.

Operates in full compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as applicable regulations and laws, including but not limited to FDA requirements. Responsible to report any procedure or process that doesn’t meet regulatory requirements, whether suspected or confirmed, to management. This reporting can be done directly to any member of management, including Human Resources.

Following organizational practices in version control, software development and configuration management, including key performance indicators for the management of software development

Integrating applications with other corporate systems and with third party software

Investigating and resolving issues escalated by application support team in a timely manner to the satisfaction of the business stakeholders.

Assisting in the authoring and reviewing of technical documentation regarding the design, configuration, creation, installation, and maintenance of application components

Keeps abreast of technical developments in own field through study, technical contacts and propagates it.

Acts as a role model for other technical members in the group.

Guides and coaches, the project team in technology as and when applicable. Fostering a collaborative team environment.

You're the right fit if:

More than 9 years of job-related, hands-on experience as a full stack developer, developing and documenting the design of applications with a major object-oriented programming language.

8+ years of experience in .NET Programming in C#,

4+ years of experience Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, JQuery,

Exposure to Micro framework, Web and Windows based applications, Web services, Entity Framework, Azure, NETMF, MVC-MVVM, WCF, WPF

5+ years of job-related experience with relational database storage technologies - MYSQL and MS SQL

8+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining applications in a Windows environment.

Experience with automated testing tools, a plus.

Experience with Test Driven Design, a plus.

Experience with development, deployment, and support of software applications in a regulated business environment, a definite plus.

Experience with Continuous Integration and DevOps tools, a plus.
