Machine Operator- must be able to work in a cold environment and handle frozen or fresh meat with hands throughout the day. Ensures the settings of the machine are correct based on the type of product & able to lift- up to 55 pounds. Check the temperature of meat before use, communicate with Drivers, Supervisors or designated person to ensure that a constant flow of supplies is there at all times. Adherence to all quality guideless. Performs other duties as needed. Will be working Monday through Friday must be able to work overtime Saturdays if needed.
